Winamp Playlist Problem

I have a saved winamp playlist. It's obviously associated with winamp as it has the right icon, its properties say it opens with winamp, and it's a .m3u. However, when I try to open it, it opens with Windows Media Player (FVCK YOU BILL GATES). No matter what I try to do fiddling with the options and file associations, nothing works. I've also tryed: Open with > Choose Program > Winamp/Always use selected program. That doesn't work either. Any ideas?

tools -> folder options -> file types

and see what program is associated with it there
also, check wmp association settings there

Nice, that worked. Thanks a lot! It had the right association, but it said I had changed the default settings. So I reverted them and that worked, even though it didn't change anything aesthetically it fixed the problem.
