Winamp is f***ed

All of the sudden, I cannot use Winamp to play .wma files. It just says [opening failed], and then does not play the music.

I then "upgrade" (I use that term very loosely, as you'll see).. and now it plays the .wma files again.. but I cannot use the OutputStacker plugin for output!! It gives an error message:

http://img233.exs.cx/img233/208/winamperror3gh.jpg

and will not play the file.

Anyone know how I can convert the .wmas into .mp3 now?

Thanks.

Download RazorLAME. Use it to convert to MP3. Use WMP to convert WMA to WAV if necessary.

WMP and also convert WMA to MP3 but is more error prone than RazorLAME.

Problem with transcoding from one lossy format to another is you'll get worse sound quality than either alone
