It's spyware that uses a BHO Helper Object, so first thing I'd do is use BHO Demon to disable the BHO Helper (otherwise every time you open an explorer or IE window you re-infect yourself) and then clean it out. There's some rather technical removal instructions in that link that will be hard tom implement unless you really know what you're doing.
