Winace problems

I just installed a fresh copy of Win2k on my system and subsequently installed winace and found out that the context menu was not appearing in the explorer nor were the file extensions pointing to winace..I tried the options command in the toolbar and it says that the context menus option and file associations have been enabled...dunno wha the problem is...earlier when I installed it some months back the context menus and the file associations were perfect and has no problem ....now why this problem? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
