Im running Win98se.
The problem. The lower right hand clock on the desktop is 9 minutes and 59 seconds behind in my case. (according to the atomtime shareware that compares my clock against an atomic clock on the internet.)
When I change it to reflect the current time, both manually or using the AtomTime software, everything is fine.
When I reboot and check the bios time, it's accurate.
After I let windows boot up, I find that the time has changed back to the original time again! I reboot to check the bios and it's also behind. exactly 9 minutes and 59 seconds behind
🙁
What the hell is goin on around here? This happened to me once in Win2k, but went away for some reason.
Thank you all in advance! :|
