Win98SE Problem...............Need Ideas!!!

I have a problem I've never encountered in Win98SE before.......as soon as it gets loaded and I check what is running, I get 2 rundll32's...........why and how do I fix this? It's massively screwing with explorer!!🙁

try running msconfig, go to start/run, and type in msconfig.. then go to the startup tab.. there might be something that was put in the registry twice to run using rundll32, when in fact it only needs it once.. you can untick things in there too to stop them from running.
