Win98se password question ... please help

Does anyone know of a way to password protect an individual program in win98se? EX: I want to put a password on iexplore.exe and all related shortcuts so that it can't be run w/o entering a password. I haven't heard of any way to do that, but maybe someone here has. Thanks, huanaku.

there are some third party programs out there that do that. I can't name any off the top of my head, but go to tucows.com or zdnet.com or downloads.com (or even tweakfiles.com) . They are bound to have something like that
