Win98SE & P4's >2.0GHz

Guys,

I've done searches on Anand, MS sites, and Google Groups to no avail. I'm looking for the MS patch that addresses issues w/ Windows 98 and faster speed Pentium 4's.
 
Windows 98SE does not require a patch for faster processors.

It is Windows 95 that requires this for all AMD processors above 350MHz and all Pentium 4 processors.

actually, there IS a patch for win2k or XP or both (dont remember) for a timing loop in 2ghz+ CPUs when running 16 bit code (or general console code - i dont remember which). its just on windows update.
