Win98se network log in on start up is in VGA mode?

I installed a new video card and the drivers. Now when Win98se starts up and I get the login screen for the network it's in VGA mode. After I login it switches to the resolution I have set in Win98se. Anyone know what happened and a fix? This didn't happpen with the old video card or my two other Win98se machine.

Cancel the login and try to reinstall the driver. Sounds like you have personalized settings on when you loaded the drivers you were log in. You can also try to change the network setting so that it's not personalized. In Settings, Passwords, change it to have All users use the same preference.
