win98 + win2k file share

Everything is working fine now on the network. ONE PROBLEM though. Now when I try to access my 2k box from my 98 box I recieve ACCESS DENIED, TRY AGAIN. How do I go about tackling this?
 
net use <drive letter>: \\win2kbox\<sharename> <login ID on the W2kbox> <password for Login ID>

OR

Check your NTFS permissons if your W2kbox is using it and check your file/share permissions to allow "Everyone" 🙂
