Win98/Win2K confusion.

I have searched the archives and net about this question and the more I read the more confused I get. I'm new to Win2k and dual booting so I want to keep this simple to start. Here is what I plan to set up;

Two IBM 45Gb's running in Raid 1.
Dual booting Win98/Win2K
Two partitions: C 20Gb Fat32 for Win98
D 20Gb NTFS for Win2K
remaining ~5Gb for future linux use.

Will this work? Any suggestions?
