Win98 users: What do you use to monitor CPU usage?

I've got the ASUS Probe installed that came with my A7V. It monitors just about everything except CPU usage. Got any recommendations for a program that does? Thanks.

It also logs your download/upload rate, totals, etc. and cpu usage. Its really good and its free! the program is NetStat Live!

Here's a link to a little proggy I have used for years.
One of the features allows you to visually monitor not only your CPU usage, but also Memory usage by a means of a small slider bar in your task bar. It's also nice to know the exact time and date info.
