Win98 to Win XP, how to revert back???

Win98 to Win XP, revert back???

I upgraded to XP from Win98 , installing/ upgrading over the top of 98

Now, I want to revert back to the old 98 install, how do I do this?

I think it's best to do a fresh install for any Windows installation, and in this case I think you have to format and install from scratch.

I'm curious as to why you want to go back though?

I would say that your best bet is to format your drive and then reinstall Win98. A format and clean install is always the best bet(as theAnimal recommended above). Just make sure that you backup anything you think might be important.
