Win98 startup background image

I need to remove it off a computer in order to recycle it... where is it?

Dammit I never got around to editing my post...

My bad I am talking about something else... The background image when the windows login screen appears with username, password, and domain. The image in that background I need changed. Now I've already changed the background image on the desktop but I cant change the same image with the login screen.

Does anyone know where that particular file is?

I was wondering why you'd need to remove that splash screen.
You said you are going to recycle the machine. Can't you just overwrite the hdd?

Cant you just press escape / press cancel on the login screen and change the default users backround image?
