win98 shut down with seti.

whenever i reboot my win98 machine it says i must quit the seti program before i can quit windows, i know theres a way to make it so windows doesnt check if its running when you reboot but i forgot how to do that. Can someone please remind me how to set it up so it doesnt check if its running when i reboot.
 
Hehe, well I had to use my special ultra-secret Subscriber full-search powers to find that. Darned if I could remember the name of the file to look for either... 😛
