Win98 SE won't shutdown properly!

I have a
AMD classic Althon 900@1Ghz
Soyo KX133 with updated VIA drivers
Nvida TNT2 with detonator 6.xx (what ever is newest)
Diamond MX300 sound card with A3D reference driver
PC133 RAM
DVD drive, HP burner blah blah blah....

I tired everything and it just won't shut down. The computer kept getting stuck at "Please wait while Windows is shutting down exit screen" Anyone has a solution? Please please help!!!
