Win98 explorer problem

I cannot get the date modified field to show up in Windows Explorer. The only info I can get to show up is size and attributes. Any suggestions?

No I don't.
I have a 7.4 GB hard drive with less than 1 gig available. I've been experiencing quite a few flaky problems lately but normally restarts will clear them up.

You need to enable the View As A Web Page option under the VIEW -> Folder Options menu in order to view the MODIFIED LAST attribute.

I tried view as a web page and still can't see modified or type fields.
If I go to options> and select "show attributes" I see attributes and size but still not type or date modified.

Sorry. It sounds like you have it all configured correctly. So just to recap, you have enabled VIEW AS A WEB PAGE, and also SHOW FILE ATTRIBUTES IN DETAIL VIEW, right?

I don't think you need web view enabled.
Right-click at the top of the right window, where size and name are.

You should get a pop-up of different options to add to the view.

I've tried left clicking, right clicking on bar where name and size are as well as in the window. Nothing works. I am hoping I don't have to reload Windows. I believe Windows needs Explorer running so I can't just reinstall Explorer. Or can I?

You do have to have the VIEW AS A WEB PAGE enabled on your Windows settings. Otherwise, it will not display any details on the right-pane of the window.
