Win98 compatibilities

Here's the scoop. Suppose you have two systems, both with Win2k. And you'd like to turn one of them into dual-boot, adding Win98. Now, one of the said systems has two CPUs. The other one has only one CPU, but still it has more than 512 MB of memory. Could Win98 be made to work on any of them?

Win98 will run perfectly fine in both systems, but it is to my knowledge it doesn't take advantage of dual processors or if it does not very efficiently.
