Win98 Compatability Mode in Win2K

I remember there used to be a seperate file to d/l for this, but if I am not mistaken it is now included in one of the SPs. ANyhow, I have some older games that I always setup in Win98 compatability mode by right clicking on the icon and going to properties, but those options no longer exist. What do I do?

yes it wasnt included in the OS by default until SP2, if it's not enabled (which sounds like the case) here is how to enable it:
