Win98 can't acces win2k shared drives..

I'm assuming it prompts you for a $IPC password... if thats the case, enable guest account in your w2k server.. or make it available for everyone in the share..
 
You need to make an account on the win2k box that is the same as what you logon with on the win98se box. Win9x doesn't allow you to logon to a network share with a different user name than the one you logon to win9x with.
