Win95 Upgrade on Diskettes question

Hello again,

I have an old set of 13 diskettes of the original Windows95 upgrade. Used once back when they were brand new. Problem i'm having is, when I go, to upgrade a friends machine, my name pops up as the registered user. Where would I have to look to find out where my name has been stored on these disks. I went and used windows explorer and looked for anything even remotely close to my name and nothing came up.
Can anyone help me out?
