win95 trashcan trouble

sorry for this being ot but so few are logged in and I need some help. I've been using this old rig with win95 installed to write some stuff. Being me I accidentially threw something away, then emptied the trashcan.

How do I get it back? I remember when I was younger and using pcs with DOS we had the undelete command when we fcvked up. Any trick or program or something to help me?

 
I think Norton Utilities has a feature in it for that. Just download the TRIAL version from a warez site where they have lots of TRIAL versions for EDUCATIOAL purposes of course.
