Okay I have done this before so i know it is possible. But How do i install windows 98SE on the first partition of a second hard drive?
From what i remember it's just a matter of selecting the install directory to be "D:\Win98" and it goes ahead and does it.
When I try to do this however, it starts to install but at ramdom points in the copying files process it just stops dead. The mouse still responds so the machine has not completely died.
I have left it for well over 2 hours before to see if it will resume but no joy.
any help will be greatly appreciated
