Win8 x64 taking 2 minutes to boot up! wtf

Ok on my old Q6600 and 460 1GB 8GB ram

NO SSD. mechanical drive for boot up. took 55 seconds to start up Win7.

Now with Win8 ever since I installed it seems like, that it takes 2 minutes for me to boot with my new CPU and SSD. thx gl

Im thinking of refreshing PC ,, but IM worried Ill lose lots of stuff!

Tweak, just reinstall the OS and get it over it.
