Win8 Storage spaces - performance reading/writing

Hey all,

I'm curious if anyone using Win8 CP has run any benchmarks when say, writing data and reading data from a pool. I'm curious if all data is written to the same disk first and then spread out or if it's automagically spread out, allowing the user to read and write from different drives.

I'm curious as I will be using Win8 for my server, when released and I want to know if I can rip Bluray movies to it while streaming or playing HD content without any performance issues. The box will be fast enough to do both if the HDs/W8SS can provide the IO.
