Win8 detailed battery meter

Does anyone know of a battery meter for win8 that will show the battery's charge and discharge rates (in amp hours, watt hours, etc)? I had a desktop gadget for this in 7, but of course MS in their infinite wisdom dropped gadgets from 8....
