win8 chrome open two windows at startup and default search engine is yahoo

Hi guys

I have a problem with my computer.

I bought a new samsung evo 500gb SSD and AMD R9 280 for my old pc that runs on i7-920.

I installed win8 and it runs perfectly. But the problem is that every time I open chrome it will open up two separate windows. One would say "previous session crashed. restore?" and one doesn't.

The second problem is that I type in omnibox to search stuff and the searching engine is yahoo. I changed the default in options to google.com and after I turn off my computer, the search engine is still yahoo.com

for On Startup I have chosen opening a specific page because I like the old chrome where the about:blank actually has all the apps whereas the new chrome is now a separate page for those apps
