win8.1 screensaver/energy saving

So for some unknown reason Win8.1 decides it wants to turn off my monitor at odd times.
Does it on both my computers every so often. I have screensavers turned off and energy saving turned off but still turns off monitor. I recheck settings to be sure incase windows turned the setting on. but still shows as disabled. Only does it a few times a year so i guess i can live with it. just an oddity of windows.
