Win7 upgraded, but now showing up as reverted...

I upgraded my laptop from Win7 Home premium to Win7 Pro (for work). Now, a year later, the laptop is now showing as Win7 Home premium. I don't really now when this happened, but just noticed it. (laptop specs in sig).

Any thoughts?
