Win7 slow memory performance rating

Getting poor rating on ram and wondering anyone know what could this be?

Memory 5.9
Graphics 7.5
Gaming Graphics 7.5
HDD 5.9

Q6700 stock
P5q-E
4gb OCZ HPC OCZ2RPR10662G 1066 5.5.5.15
HD4870 512mb
HX1000W

Also tried Geil GX24GB8500C6UDC 1066 at 6.6.6.18 and same result

Check your memory timings and memory speed with CPU-Z, and make sure that it's running at it's optimal.

Can some little setting in bios cause this big performance drop with 2 different rams?

Your timings look fine.

Run a memory bandwidth test (Memtest86+ has one) and see what you get. At your current settings, your theoretical memory bandwidth should be around 17GB/s.

Just started mt400.exe, started testing and got this static numbers

L1 32K 37561 MB/s
L2 4096K 17430 MB/s
Memory 3327M 4654 MB/s
