[Win7] Set UAC to trust a program?

Or something similar? You know how certain programs always generate the "do you want to allow this program to make changes" message - is there a way to turn it off for one program without disabling UAC entirely?

5 Minutes
15 Minutes
1 Hour
This Session
Permanently"

Check box on the UAC... but what do I know.
