Win7 says my battery is not compatible with my notebook

After installing the Windows 7 Ultimate
it keeps telling my battery is not properly installed and or not compatible.
And need me to put it in hibernate mode and reinsert the battery.

After reinserting the battery will not help. So everytime when i install the battery it will pop up an error message windows.

This has never happen when i was using Windows XP.

My Notebook is a SZ640

I've seen this twice, though it was with other operating systems. Replacing the battery solved the problem both times, and when I took the original battery to a different laptop of the same model, I got that error. I suspect that the batteries must have been old and weak, or malfunctioning somehow.
