Win7 reactivating

I have a Win7 Pro upgrade which I bought for $30 back when they had a student deal. I installed and activated it fine. Say my hdd fails or I format, will I have trouble reactivating my key when I install win 7 again?
 
Those Keys may be one-time use. If so, you'll need to call Microsoft to re-Activate. That shouldn't present a problem.
