Win7 power management help

I've been through the random wakeups before on everything after Windows 3.1, I've checked all the usual suspects. And what's more, I know exactly what is waking windows up, I just can't figure out how to stop it.

It's the little charging cradle that runs off USB for my plantronics bluetooth headset.
If you pick it up or set it down, windows wakes up. I've looked at the entries it adds when charging to device manger and can't find any that have power management options (like, don't let this device wake windows), I disabled wake timers, few other things.
I've run the power management fault finding tool before but since I know what the fault is I just need a hint on how to correct it. I hit google for awhile but all I found was people trying to not wake up there mac's when they unplug an iphone

I can just plug it in the wall, except both my powerstrips are full. Be really nice to just use one of these five hundred usb ports that are just hanging out empty.

Something irrelevant but informative. The rig in my sig, which I always put to sleep either manually or by timer (I only reboot when the updates need to), wakes up rarely, when I switch the lights on in my house. This has happened with at least three different light switches.

Have you looked at the power settings in the BIOS? Many allow you to specify what it takes to resume from sleep, so you don't have to just let Windows make the decision. In theory, anyway.
