I have been doing searches, but nothing has been clear cut, and I want to avoid scam dealers, and do this legitimately.
I'd like to start using Win7 (installing) asap, because best delivery of an OEM is not until Monday (I think Amazon is giving me 50 minutes though for overnight options yet, but I am still looking at versions of Win7), by installing an oem version I can download now, and activate it when my oem disc arrives in the mail.
I have learned that only an oem key will work with an oem disc, but I can't seem to find an official place to download a legit Win7 oem iso or install package.
I found something from digital river, but there is a note that because it comes from a MS distributor, the key must be purchased from MS. The upgrade price isn't so bad as compared to an amazon and overnight shipping price of an oem, but - I'd need a working win xp version - which I don't have anymore.
