Win7 MFC to Android

On another project, my client is developing medical device running on Win7 embedded. Requirements have it having a read/write and read only capability. I am debating on floating a proposal to port the completed app to Android phone.

Feasible?

If so, what tools might be needed?
App is intended to be mainly dialogues with graphing of data. Data would arrive via Bluetooth
