Just select "Enable All" then select "Hide all Microsoft services" and then decide which ones you don't want to start at boot up. While you are there, go to Boot, Advanced Options and check number of processors. In the drop down box select the highest number but leave max memory alone. Click Apply OK and then REBOOT
Here is a website that tells you the normal status of all the MS services. He also has a script that will put them in the correct status. I had to use this several times when a virus disabled services on a client's PC.
