Question Win7: How to get rid of 'AMD Installer' pop-up?

Pops up randomly.
it's saying it found better Catalyst drivers for my video card (Radeon 4850) but the version it installs is lower than the version i currently have.

I cant find the .exe to get rid of it.
Any help.

found it in task scheduler. (instakllmanagerapp.exe)
disabled it.

the 4850 is a 256bit video card.
runs faster than my 128bit 6750.

what cheap video card nowadays can i upgrade it with?
(im running a 10yr old AMD Phenom II X4 960T with 4 monitors)
