Win7 home networking

Hi,

I'm having trouble getting networking up with 2 systems. I have a PC with Win7 Pro and a laptop with Win7 Home Premium. The PC is connected to my Linksys router via RJ45 while the laptop via wifi.

I tried creating a HomeGroup on the PC, but the laptop doesn't see it. The same thing happens when I try to create a HomeGroup on the laptop.

I can ping the laptop from the PC.

What's up?

Home Group is based on IPv6 make sure that your computer are configured correctly with IPv6 and that the software Firewalls are not blocking the traffic.
many 3rd party Security suits create problems when combining with Homegroup.
