Win7 boot ... 2+ minutes before network connectivity

When I boot Win7 it takes usually some 2+ minutes (after getting to the desktop) before it actually connects to my network/the internet via wifi.
It will usually come up with the icon showing no connection and the list of networks showing "Limited Connectivity".

Disconnecting and reconnecting usually brings "Problem to connect" error message until approx ~2 minutes after booting when it will suddenly work.

WTF?
