win32sl.dll error on boot, please help!

Every time I boot my computer I get an error in win32sl.dll, does anyone know what this file is/does? If I can stop this problem I'd really like to. I haven't noticed any problems yet, however, this file might do something important and I don't even know about it. Can anyone help me out on this?
