win32k.sys -blue screen freeze

Has anyone seen this problem. It also gives some address like BF8056df etc. It happens at various times and is a blue screen with white type. I then have to reboot the sys. It does give some reference to video adaptor but i have a new video card with updated drivers. Any idea what the Win32k.sys refers to?
