I think this might be Trojan.FakeAlert. It appears as a fake windows popup that says you have Netsky.Q. Bitdefender was able to find and delete it for me.

I would try superantispyware, the free version works well as an on demand scanner, just be sure to update it and run a FULL scan.

Yes, I would recommend a full scan with updated Superantispyware as well.

I have been fighting this Fake Security Alert Center trojan for 5 days ! I finally found the fix at the below website. It has a few steps you have to follow, but it is not very difficult. If an old guy like me can do it, anyone can ! This trojan is a real pain! The worst I have ever seen ! I hope I posted this in the right place and didn't violate any posting rules. If so, please move/delete this. But after all I went through, I felt I had to share this to save other peoples sanity. tnshadows

How to remove Spyware.ISpynow (Fake Security Center Alert)

If you are seeing a Security Center Alert that is stating that Windows Firewall has blocked activity of harmful software, then you have become infected with a trojan that uses this Security Center Alert to trick you into purchasing Perfect Defender 2009 or another rogue antispyware program.
