Win32.Funlove.4099 virus

I picked up a virus a few weeks ago and I can't get rid of it completely.
I,m useing InoculatelT anti-virus sofeware I run it it finds all the files that are infected and restores them and all is fine then in a couple of days the same virus appears again the sofeware runs again and all is fine then it's back. any help would be great.
