win32 folder opens during startup..help!

Hi,

I recently removed some viruses from my computer and ever since then the system 32 folder keeps popping open during startup (when i turn on my computer or restart). I'm guessing there is a problem in registry that Norton was unable to clean up. Does anybody know how to get rid of this problem? Thanks to all those who reply.
