my spelling sucks bear with me

I am new to Win2k/NT envorment but am working on makeing a windows2k machine also act as a router my problem and question is this

On Netcard 1 I can ping the server from the client run termnial services from the client but can not log in always getting a error saying I have Entered a wrong password or have been denied access.

If I switch the cables and try to log in via the Netcard 2 I have no problems at all

IPs are the same for both cards when I do the switch any Idea what im doing wrong?
