Win2k's Tweak UI problems

Now, can someone please explain why when I download Tweak UI v1.33 I can't get them to install in Win2kPro?

I double-click on the tweakui.cpl file, I get a pop up box that says "This application needs to be run from the Control Panel, install?" I click on the yes button and nothing happens . . .

I neeeeeeed Tweak UI! 😱
 
Right click on TweakUI.inf and then select Install. That is how you install TweakUI. Then you can go to the Control Panel and use it.
