win2kpro or XP pro for a server on a multi cpu computer????

this is the problum i dont have 2k server addition .
all i have is win2k pro and xp pro
i have(or at least it shouls be ariving this week.) a 4 way/soon to be 6 way ppro server.
i know that both win 2k pro and xp pro support multi cpu.
these are the questions
1 do both os's suport more than 2 cpu's??
2 will both os's support more than one raid arrays?
3 is remote termanal services realy any better on xp than 2k?

Neither one of those OS's are going to run more than 2 CPU's.

XP System Requirements

W2K Pro System Requirements

W2K Server will run up to 4 CPU's and W2K Adv. Server will run up to 8 CPU's.

Yeah, you're in a bind because both win2k pro and xp pro support only 2 cpu's.

Also, terminal services is not included in windows 2000 pro, but it is in the server version.

I don't know about the raid question.
