win2kpro networking help

my rigs are setup like this:
win2k machine as the ICS server, 2 ethernet cards, 1 connected to home LAN, the other to my cable modem
the home LAN ethernet card is give the IP 192.168.0.1, subnet 255.255.255.0

the first client is NT4.0 workstation
the second client is a winME laptop
both using DHCP and both clients are connected to the ICS server via a switch

ok......the problem is that when ICS is enabled, it only releases 1 ip to 1 client. So both clients cannot go online at once.
How can I make ICS release more IPs to the clients?

Assuming your hardware is functional and your software is setup correctly, just add the next logical IP statically to the problem machine. Then ping your server/router to test for connectivity. Fill in the gateway and DNS information, off the working client if you need to.
