Win2k3 Routing and Remote Access service problems

As soon as the service starts, it goes into a 'pending-stop' state and nothing depending on it works. Has anyone had this isssue before?

Anything in the eventlog? You could try reinstalling RRAS. I know it's a weird procedure and you don't actually "un"-install anything. I think you simply disable it and then re-enable it and that's supposed to do it. You might lose your profiles and such though...

What is the easiest way to 'reinstall' RRAS? I know what you mean though... it is almost like 'removing' IE then 'installing' it. It fixes some problems when you don't think it should.
